AMSPAK is entering an exciting new phase of growth. In the fourth quarter of 2024, we were acquired by Foundation Investment Partners, a private investment firm focused on building and growing strong, sustainable businesses through strategic investment and operational support.
Building on that momentum, Foundation Investment Partners expanded our platform with the acquisition of Paper Converters (Walterboro, SC) in Q1 2026—broadening our capabilities and strengthening our ability to serve customers across more applications and industries.
